Yes, it’s been a week since i last posted! Sorry ya’ll it’s been CRAZY busy! But here i am :)

I CAN NOT BELIEVE it’s taken me so long to get internally pumped up and motivated to change my life. That is ONE of the main reasons why i came to AUSTIN!!! I need to take full advantage and opportunity of this new opportunity set before me!

Oh yes, side note– NFL LOCK OUT has been lifted!!!!!!!! I’m so so so excited =)

 

A BIG THANK YOU to my sister and brother-in-law for helping me and supporting me on my weight loss journey! I would not be able to do what i’m trying to do without their help, love, encouragement, and support!  For the next few months, i’ll be staying with my sister and brother-in-law saving money, and helping with the cooking and learning more about cooking myself!

My plan for my weight loss:

  • I will be following Weight Watchers Plan, weighing in at meetings once a week, and going to meetings more than once a week if needed!  And i hope to get weight watchers chat started back soon! If you’re interested in moderating, please contact me via email lessbrittmorelife [at] gmail [dot] com
  • I’m pretty sure i’ll be joining Gold’s Gym! Like 98% sure. That decision will be confirmed later this week! I love the Cardio Theater! It’s like a movie theater, just with cardio machines instead of seats!  I look forward to doing fun classes like yoga, pilates, Body Pump, Body Jam, Zumba, and much much more!
  • I am in the process of finding a therapist to work with that i like and trust! While i’m working on the physical part of weight loss, i need to work on the emotional part as well!
  • I’ll be doing some kind of exercise 7 days/week!
  • Oh yes, i’m in process of training for my 2nd half-marathon in October in Austin! woo hoo :) Slowly but surely i’ll be working up to my 13.1 miles distance!
  • My sister and have got a groupon for 5 personal training sessions and 1 evaluation, so i’ll be starting that soon too!
  • I’m thinking about starting working with a personal trainer at Gold’s gym once i join!
  • I’ll be working on grocery shopping on Sunday mornings, and figuring out meal plans and what i’ll be cooking and eating during the week!
  • Having a plan which make, making food decisions much easier! I’m getting in a habit of packing my lunch for work, it’ll make have something healthy to eat while the drug reps bring lunch to the office that is normally not always the best for me :)
More to come later, once i’ve got more confirmed and detailed plans!
Work is really going great and i’m still living it lots! Definitely a new environment, new system to learn, new people and patients, but it’s going great to far!
